Air2Web Launches Mobile Marketing Solutions for Insurance

The key areas are:

Promotions – introduce new product offerings or create mobile versions of existing marketing campaigns
Service – bring immediacy to customer service via claims alerts or policy changes and updates
Transactions – authorize payments or boost customer loyalty by offering ring tones and wallpapers

This shows that mobile marketing companies are developing vertical industry expertise and solutions in order to use the mobile device for long term customer relations and to drive sales.
