The Role:
We are looking for somebody who is self motivated, highly organized and process driven. This person thrives on exceeding objectives and goals, is full of energy, and is hungry to succeed at a dynamic company like TigerSpike which is on the verge of exploding into the US market. The Senior Account Manager is a frontline role; someone who annoys their friends by insisting that they organise all their parties and make lists for everything!

You will be responsible for driving organic growth of existing clients & ensuring flawless delivery of world class digital and mobile solutions. You will be the ‘go to’ person when the client needs support, so building trust with the client and being very organized is crucial.

The environment is fast paced but fun. You’ll work hard, but you’ll enjoy the variety and the people. We don’t micro manage and generously reward high achievers who deliver good, consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:
Our new Senior Account Management Dynamo is responsible for:
Account management/ Campaign Delivery
• Client liaison, relationship management, On-going issue management & resolution
• Co-ordinate & facilitate client meetings, Internal / external brainstorm co-ordination
• Take client briefs, evaluate the proposition & develop considered recommendations
• Scope out deliverables & cost estimate. On-going budget, forecast & invoice management
• Manage commercial negotiations & on-going requirements with the client (incl. change requests)
• Work closely with production team to ensure client deliverables are being met
• Provide comprehensive handover to production team
• Participate in internal quality control & approvals
• Develop post analysis reporting

New business
• Develop opportunities within existing client base
• Work with Client Services Director to develop client business development strategies & opps
• Client relationship development including client entertainment
• Grow strategy & concept development skills

Key Qualifications:
• 3+ years agency, digital or new media experience. Mobile experience a major plus
• 2+ years client management experience
• Process driven and very organized
• Have fun….can you handle English dry humour
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and deliver ahead of schedule
• Business development & face to face presentation exposure
• Relaxed team player is mandatory…TigerSpike is our second family
• Exposure to strategic, concept & creative development
