Release: Cellfire Raises $12 Million in Additional Funding With New and Existing Investors

Leading Mobile Coupon Company Increases Marketing Efforts,
Product Enhancements and Business Development

SAN JOSE, Calif. – February 7, 2008 – Cellfire Inc. secured its third round of funding, raising $12 million from a new investor, Silver Creek Ventures, and existing investors, including Menlo Ventures, and Storm Ventures. Proceeds will be used to expand the company’s sales and marketing efforts, along with increasing product functionality, business development and partnership activities.

By clicking on a particular coupon or discount offer, consumers receive a unique redemption code that is presented at the time of the purchase.
