The role involves:<\/p>\n

\u2022\tBringing the Board\u2019s vision for an outstanding operational environment to reality
\n\u2022\tDirecting all operations teams and facilities across the company\u2019s global offices \u2013 NZ, U.S., Asia
\n\u2022\tReporting directly to the CEO and being accountable for achieving a consistent financial return
\n\u2022\tStrategic planning that results in maximizing growth opportunities<\/p>\n

You will be:<\/p>\n

\u2022\tAn experienced leader with the ability to manage, grow and develop high performing teams
\n\u2022\tAble to demonstrate success in driving strong operational results
\n\u2022\tA good communicator, with a track record of positive working relationships<\/p>\n

Related media, advertising and\/or technology development industry experience would be ideal – but most importantly you will have the right attitude and a ton of energy.<\/p>\n
