Comedy Time<\/strong> has announced that it has chosen Rhythm NewMedia <\/strong>to sell and deliver personalized ads on their mobile video channel. The partnership will allow marketers to buy video ads through Rhythm that will be delivered to Comedy Time\u2019s 3.5 million subscribers. <\/p>\n
