The guidelines are designed to make it easier for marketers to develop mobile advertising campaigns while ensuring that the campaigns can be delivered consistently to the majority of mobile handsets. They also set out to enhance and protect the consumer experience. <\/p>\n The new guidelines outline how to how to purchase and use mobile web advertising and banner advertising. They also make recommendations on aspect ratios and banner dimensions, maximum file sizes, file formats and other technical specifications.<\/p>\n \u201cThe MMA EMEA Mobile Advertising Guidelines launch is a landmark event in our mission to establish a consistent approach for mobile marketing.
