Nokia’s Widsets<\/strong> has selected MCN’s MobileSearch.net<\/strong> to power their new Widsets Search. With more than 5,000 widgets now available in the Widset content library, finding content most efficiently is a fundamental issue for consumers.<\/p>\n Launched in October, 2006 Nokia WidSets is a mobile content consumption, creation, and sharing service currently available in 56 languages and featuring more than 5,000 widgets. More than 7,000,000 mobile users have downloaded widgets from Widsets.<\/p>\n WidSets Search will allow users to effectively find new widgets, providing a short description and view of the widget for immediate download. WidSets Search has launched in Finland and will be rolled out to European and global users as part of the global WidSets initiative, and then later in Asian markets.<\/p>\n In terms of advertising, Nokia Interactive runs display ads on the service.
