Mobile advertising and search company JumpTap<\/strong> has partnered with polling experts Zogby International<\/strong> to run a mobile based political survey in the U.S. ahead of the presidential election on November 4th. Mobile represents a new channel for polling, perhaps giving access voters who are otherwise hard to reach.<\/p>\n
