Through its TSM|Network, Third Screen Media will sell, manage and deliver advertising for SOMA \u2013 Smaato\u2019s Open Mobile Advertising Platform \u2013 and its turnkey in-application advertising solution to agencies and brands in the US.<\/p>\n
