The role involves:

• Bringing the Board’s vision for an outstanding operational environment to reality
• Directing all operations teams and facilities across the company’s global offices – NZ, U.S., Asia
• Reporting directly to the CEO and being accountable for achieving a consistent financial return
• Strategic planning that results in maximizing growth opportunities

You will be:

• An experienced leader with the ability to manage, grow and develop high performing teams
• Able to demonstrate success in driving strong operational results
• A good communicator, with a track record of positive working relationships

Related media, advertising and/or technology development industry experience would be ideal – but most importantly you will have the right attitude and a ton of energy.
