Smaato has announced a partnership with Red Herring magazine to serve ads in the new Red Herring Mobile News Reader. The News Reader is a mobile RSS reader which can be customized by the reader to deliver breaking news from Red Herring. The News Reader will support SOMA, the Smaato Open Mobile Advertising platform, to enable the delivery of targeted ads into the application.
