Description:
Luxury retailer Chanel launched an iPhone application called “Chanel – Haute Couture Show Fall/Winter 08/09”. It is available for free from the iPhone app store.
The application allowed users to window shop the upcoming season’s range and included a click to call facility to make an order. The app also has a store locator (that links in to Google maps), Brand News from Chanel, images and videos of recent Chanel fashion shows.

MobiAD Comments:
Channel was one of the first luxury brands to launch an iPhone application in the summer of 2008. This app was a cool use of the technology and great from a PR/Branding point of view.
