As reported in the UK newspaper Telegraph.co.uk, UK operators are in a massive shift towards flat rate data charging. T-Mobile has been offering a flat rate plan for several months, but recently put an aggressive advertising campaign behind the program. Rival operator Vodafone has indicated it will offer flat rate this summer, and Orange is also rumoured to be preparing plans in this area.
